It helps if you mention your device model, the country and level you were on, and what happened.
Coin packs are used up as you spend them. "All Countries" is a one-time purchase: if you reinstall the game or switch to a new device, open the Shop and tap Restore — it comes back for free.
How do I play? Drag to aim, let go to shoot. Match three or more bubbles of the same color to pop them. Free all the souvenirs (the pearl bubbles) before the wall reaches the line.
The wall keeps coming down — what can I do? Shoot fast and pop big groups. A bomb, a rainbow bubble or the clock and snowflake bubbles all buy you time. If you lose, Push Back moves the wall up so you can continue.
How do I open the other countries? France — all 20 levels — is free to play. Italy, Egypt, Japan, England and Brazil open with the one-time "All Countries" purchase (tap any locked country in your passport, or open the Shop). It also removes the full-screen ads, and every country we add later is included.
How do I turn music or sounds off, or pick songs? Main menu → Settings.
Are there ads? Yes, the game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: a full-screen ad every two levels, and a rewarded ad only when you choose one. The "All Countries" purchase removes the full-screen ads.
I lost my progress. Progress is saved only on your device, so it is removed when you uninstall the game. Purchases can be restored from the Shop.
